Welcome to my home in Baja Sage
Welcome
I fell in love with this place the moment I saw it—that magical Baja light spilling across near-deserted beaches, the warmth of genuine Mexican hospitality, and an easy, creative energy that draws artists, wellness seekers, and dreamers from around the world. There's an authenticity here that's increasingly rare: local families who've lived here for generations mixing with newcomers at the farmers market, sharing stories over sunset drinks, celebrating traditions together. It's a place where life moves at the right pace. I want to share this little slice of paradise with the people I care about.
What Makes This Special
This isn't a resort or a typical vacation rental—it's my home, and I've designed every corner of it for the way I love to live when I'm here. You'll find:
Private home with stunning views - Wake up to farm views, watch whales from the balcony, and fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves
A creative, welcoming community - Baja Sage is small and friendly. You'll have the pool to yourself most mornings, and you might just make lifelong friends over watercolor classes or evening boules
Everything for remote work - High-speed WiFi throughout, multiple workspaces with inspiring views, and solar panels that keep you powered even during outages (which happen occasionally)
A chef's kitchen - Because the best meals happen when you're cooking with friends, using ingredients from the morning's farmers market
Flexibility for your group - Two bedrooms sleep four comfortably, with a third bedroom available when you need extra space
Walkable wellness - Two spas, yoga, sound healing, and dance workshops all within walking distance. The beach is a five-minute stroll
Corazon
A traditional corazón hangs in the kitchen—a Mexican custom marking the heart of the home.

A bar-height table perched over the farm with soothing, inspiring ocean views. This is where I work most often. WiFi reaches everywhere.

This will be your favorite spot—I guarantee it. Beautiful sunset views, easy seating for 8, and a fireplace for cool desert evenings. You can hear the ocean waves as you relax with a book or laugh with friends over sundowners.
pool, pizza, library and boules
The shared pool has sections for both laps and bobbing, plus a hot tub, loungers, changing rooms, and bathrooms. A short stroll away is a common area with picnic tables, pizza oven, and large BBQ—you'll make fast friends with other Baja Sage residents who gather for watercolor classes and long chats. There's also a boules court (or bocce, if you prefer the Italian version) and a beautiful library area for comfortable reading.
Pool and hot tub close at 11pm
getting here and exploring the area
El Pescadero is about an hour north of San José del Cabo Airport (SJD)—an easy, scenic drive on the toll highway that lets you decompress and start your vacation the moment you leave the terminal. You'll want to rent a car at the airport to explore everything this area offers.
The beach is just a five-minute walk from the house. You'll quickly discover why we fell in love with this place. We're surrounded by incredible farm-to-table restaurants showcasing the best of Baja's harvest, and weekend farmers markets where you can chat with growers and sample everything from organic produce to local honey. Within walking distance, you'll find two beautiful spas, yoga classes, sound healing sessions, and dance workshops—perfect for those mornings when you want to ease into the day.
For the adventurous, there's fantastic hiking, long stretches of empty beach for sunset walks, and welcoming surf communities. The magical town of Todos Santos is just 15 minutes away—a designated Pueblo Mágico filled with art galleries, craft shops, and charming restaurants tucked into colorful colonial buildings.
If you're visiting between November and December, you might witness baby sea turtles making their dash to the ocean—pure magic. And from December through March, the whales put on such a spectacular show that you can watch them breach right from the balcony with your morning coffee.
Grocery stores, bakeries, and farmers markets are all within 10 minutes. Cell service is generally good in Baja Sage and Todos Santos.
Whether you're looking to unwind completely or explore, this area has a wonderful rhythm all its own.

What Guests Are Saying
"I didn't want to leave! The house was even more beautiful than the photos, and waking up to watch whales from the balcony was absolutely magical. Tania's place feels like a home, not a rental—we can't wait to come back."
