Taking a Leap of Faith

You know that moment, right before you decide to “go all in”… the butterflies, the doubts, the cold sweats, the pang of want…. And then, one quick in-breath and … you do it, you take a leap of faith.

I’m curious about the moment right before, where we screw up all our courage, where we inhale, gather our energy and throw ourselves into the next step. Each great action is preceded by an equally great moment; like the pulling of the bowstring before the arrow shoots, the inhale before we blow out the candles or the deep bend of the knees before we leap. What is that moment for you?
